We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

• Service providers: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Twilio (WhatsApp/SMS), email providers
• Payment processors: Stripe or other processors to handle payments

5. Google User Data

If you connect your Google account, PushLeads only accesses the data needed for the features you choose to enable:

• Google Ads: view and manage your advertising campaigns (campaigns, budgets, and metrics) from the platform
• Google Calendar: check your availability (free/busy) and create events for bookings scheduled by your customers
• Basic profile: your email address, to identify the connected account

Access tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect your Google account at any time from the integrations settings; when you do, we delete the stored tokens. PushLeads' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Limited Use

PushLeads uses third-party artificial intelligence models (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, and fal.ai, partly through Vercel AI Gateway) exclusively to provide features within the platform: conversational agents, template and ad-creative generation, and voice-note transcription. We access these providers through commercial APIs whose terms prohibit using submitted data to train their models: data is processed transiently, only to generate the requested response.

• We do not use, transfer, or sell Google user data (raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived) to create, train, or improve AI or machine-learning models, whether our own or third-party
• Google Ads data is never processed by AI models
• Google Calendar availability data is processed only transiently when the booking assistant offers available time slots to a customer; AI providers do not store it or use it for training
• The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

7. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions
• Encrypted storage of sensitive data
• Two-factor authentication available
• Regular security audits
• Role-based access control
